SBM Series SBM-2000L/2600L/3000L/3500L Bed Milling Machines - The Sanco CNC bed type universal milling machines are available in capacities from 2m to 3.5m and can be supplied with a standard horizontal spindle, manual universal head or automatic horizontal and vertical two position head. The machines can be supplied with automatic tool changers and rotary tables to suit different applications.
The overall sturdy design ensures stability, torsional rigidity and extremely high table load options. Major components are manufactured from heavily ribbed and reinforced Meehanite cast iron. The ballscrews are pre-loaded and pretensioned and the table runs on roller style linear guides to ensure maximum rigidity whilst ensuring precision positioning and accuracy due to the low friction. The vertical axis is hydraulically counter balanced for long term precision and smoothness.
